2.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.
Account Management
3.1 Password & Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. bm33 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your login details falling into the hands of an unauthorized person.
Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to your account to our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Verification
bm33 may request documents (national ID, passport, or proof of payment method) for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Inactivity
bm33 reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (six months or more), which may be deducted from the account's remaining balance. The player will be notified in advance by email.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bm33 supports the commonly used payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are:
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:
- Account verification must be completed.
- The wagering requirements for any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the method used for the deposit.
- Funds deposited from a payment account will be returned to that same account.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical error, incorrect information, or a payment gateway issue, the relevant funds are generally returned to the original source within 3–5 business days. Please notify our support team of any failed transaction.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
bm33 offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳28,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules
- After claiming a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
- Some games may be partially or fully excluded from bonus wagering calculations — please read the detailed terms of each promotion.
- bm33 reserves the right to limit the use of multiple bonuses simultaneously.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the bm33 platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely fair and unbiased.
6.2 Game Cancellation & Technical Errors
If a technical error or disconnection occurs mid-game, the system will attempt to automatically save the game state. However, if a bet is lost due to a system error, bm33 will consider refunding the bet amount.
6.3 Betting Rules
The following applies to sports betting:
- Bets placed before an event starts will be considered valid.
- Displayed odds may change at any time; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
- If an event is cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
- bm33 reserves the right to suspend a bet if match-fixing or any other unethical activity is suspected.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm33 platform:
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Fraud, collusion, or attempts to gain unfair advantage from the bonus system.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs for unfair gain and failing to report them.
- Harassing or showing disrespectful behavior toward other players.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through unauthorized third parties.
